 APPLICATTION FOR CONDONATION OF DELAY

          This Application on behalf of the Applicant/Reporting trustee begs to state most respectfully as under:- 
1]         The Applicant trust has field an audit report for the year .
2]        The Applicant submits that, due to inadvertence and due to administrative exigencies, the said audit report could not be field within the stipulated period of limitation.
3]    The Applicant submits that, as such, there is a delay in            filling this Audit report.
4]      The Applicant submits that, the Applicant is a law-             abiding person and at no time had any intention to abuse             the process of law.
5]     The Applicant submits that, but for the above reasons,           the applicant could not filed the Audit  report                     immediately/ intime.
6]     The Applicant/Reporting Trustee therefore prays the               Hon’ble Authority be pleased to accept the Audit  report             that delay caused in filling of the above change report.
