Documents required for 12A & 80G application

The following further documents are required for the purpose of 12A and 80G . 1)  Pan card copy for the Trust. 2)  Copy of Trustees'  Pan card. 3) Proof of Activity eg: Photos, Brochure, etc. 4)  Copy of  Bank Statement or Cancelled Cheque. 5)  Address proof for the office of the Trust. 6)   Photocopy of Trust Certificate . 7) Certified copy of Trust deed .
