FOR CONDONATION OF DELAY
This
Application on behalf of the Applicant/Reporting Trustee begs to state most
respectfully as under: -
1.
The Applicant trust has filed the
accompanying Change Report for recording the change in the Executive Committee
of Applicant Society. The said change
has occurred on .../..../...
2.
The Applicant submits that, due to
inadvertence and due to administrative exigencies, the said Change Report could
not be filed within the stipulated period of limitation.
3.
The Applicant submits that, as such,
there is a delay of .... days in filing the Change Report.
4.
The Applicant submits that, the
Applicant is a law-abiding person and at no time had any intention to abuse the
process of law.
5.
The Applicant submits that, but for
the above reasons, the Applicants could not file the said change report
immediately.

The Applicants submit that, the change
has already come into effect and therefore it is necessary to record the same
and that, if the delay so caused in filing of the present Change Report is not
condoned, the Applicant trust shall great hardship and irreparable loss which
cannot be compensated in terms of money.
