place/places as may be decided by the management of the FOUNDATION from time to

: Jurisdiction of the association shall be STATE OF MAHARASHTRA AND THROUGH INDIA
4) OBJECTS OF THE FOUNDATION:
The
main object of the said FOUNDATION shall be
a)
To set-up hospital
laboratory, dispensary, healthcare Centers, Blood banks, Medicine Bank, Medical
Store. To conduct health camps at various places, in MAHARASHTRA .
b)
To establish and develop
various assistance Centers including medical Center such as (i) Diagnostic
Center (ii) naturopathy, Physiotherapy and Homeo Pharmacy Center (iii)
Spiritual Training Center, (iv) Patients Welfare Center (v) Physical Exercises
and Yoga Training Center (vi) First Aid and Home Training Center to give
medical relief and assistance to the public general and specially to the weaker
section of the society.
c)
To help and undertake to
do the eradication of illness and/or to populate practically inoculation of
Hepatitis B, Plus- Polio, Cholera, TB, Road pollution awareness, Health
awareness, Aid awareness etc.
d)
To undertake scientific
research approach in the areas of bio-medical sciences, technology,
rehabilitation, primary health care services development of formal and informal
education methods.
e)
To establish multi
specialty Medical
FOUNDTION & Research Center
f)
To conduct experiments and
to undertake and carry on research experiment and tests related to the
concerned research disciplines.
g)
To establish, provide,
maintain and conduct or assist research laboratories and experimental
institutions for scientific research.
h)
To promote, development
and improve scientific exchange of knowledge.
i)
To conduct conference,
workshops, symposia, training programmers, refresher courses, lectures,
seminars, demonstrations and exhibition relating to the research done,
knowledge, generated and results obtained with interested institutions at all
level in India and abroad.
j)
To make available to
others techniques and material developed as a result of research.
k)
To do all acts, matters
and things as are incidental or conductive to the attainment of the above aims
and objectives or any one or more of them.
In
pursuance of the above objectives set fourth, the other objectives of the
FOUNDATION are
I.
To initiate training,
research, Documentation and publish periodicals, Books and material on
education, Medicine, management Hospital Administration, Computer and
Information Technology etc., and issues and processes and also collaborate with
other organizations, NGO’s Government Departments, Development Agencies,
Academic Research Organizations, Universities and individuals interested in
such programmes and activities.
II.
To provide/FOUNDATION
follow ships or scholarship, stipends, awards, prizes, remuneration and/or
other similar payments to students and research scholars to facilities their undertaking
scientific research in the areas of concerned interest to the interest of
organization.
III.
With the help of N.G.O. To
provide facility for Ophthalmic Car in rural area. To provide Oral and Dental
car services in rural a area as well as
School and Colleges
IV.
To establish setup and run
the educational FOUNDATION such as pri-primary, secondary, higher secondary,
School and Collages technical FOUNDATION
that men’s engineering, management, social work, medical, agriculture,
veterinary, paramedical, ITI etc.
V.
To establish, setup and
run the rehabilitation project for atrocities women’s street child and below
poverty line persons etc.
VI.
To promote the farmers for
cultivate medicinal plantation and processing by FOUNDATION.
VII.
To establish convalescent
homes, sanatoria, health clinics, diagnostic, centers, crèches, medical centers
including all its auxiliary and supporting units, Cottage Hospitals and linkage Hospitals
a)
PHYSICALLY
AND MENTALLY RETARED CITIZENS
To undertake programmes
and projects for the physically and mentally challenged citizens, the following
activities will be arranged for these handicapped citizens.
a)
To set up rehabilitation
Centers for them.
b)
To attempt to improvise
their abilities, cognition, performance and task up taking knowledge.
c)
To give them occupational
therapy.
d)
To set up schooling for
deaf mute and mentally retarded children.
e)
To campaign for the
awareness of the elzeihmers disease in several ways like plays, hoardings,
handbills, social workers, cassettes, documentary films, cd’s, vcd’s etc.
f)
To develop electronic,
mechanical, physical aids to support handicapped people. To develop instruments
for the personalized use of suffering ones. To minimize activity times, their
medicine time, video presentations to show them method to do daily act to
locate them in the premises and around, automat sing their bathing and all.
g)
To provide Mother and Child care in post
Partum period.
b)
SURGERY
AND MEDICINE
To set up charitable wards for all medical,
surgical, cardiac help to poor and needy.
a.To make all
treatments at very affordable prices.
b.
To research and develop
new and better techniques of surgery.
c. To
do cardiac camps.
d.
To set up intensive care
units in remotes where from where major hospitals are not approachable with
required short time.
e.To research out
medicines for the untreatable diseases.

RESEARCH
AND DEVELOPMENT OF MEDICAL SCIENCE
a.
To undertake scientific
research in the areas of bio-medical sciences, technology, rehabilitation,
primary health care services development of formal and informal education
methods.
b.
To provide research
facilities for carrying out basic and applied research in connection with
bio-medical systems and disciplines, such as grammatology orthopedic, community
medicine, physical medicine, rehabilitation, etc.
c.
To establish, operate,
promote, run maintain, manage institutions engaged in advancement of research
pertaining to health technology.
d.
To conduct experiments and
to undertake and carry on research experiments and tests related to the
concerned research disciplines.
e.
To establish, provide,
maintain and conduct or assist research laboratories and experimental
institutions for scientific research.
f.
To give advice on, publish
and /or otherwise, promote utilization of research results in the field of
medical sciences.
g.
To promote, develop and
improve scientific exchange of knowledge as well as technical co-operation
between research institutions with similar interests and objectives.
h.
To conduct conferences,
refresher courses, lectures, seminars, demonstrations and exhibitions resulting
to the research done, knowledge generated and results obtained.
i.
To make available to
others techniques and materials developed as a result of research.
j.
To do all acts, matters
and things as are incidental or conductive to the attainment of the above aims
and objectives or any one or more of them.
In pursuance of the above objectives set
fourth, the other objectives of the FOUNDATION are:-
a)
To print, publish,
exhibit, subscribe and support periodicals, books pamphlets or posters that may
be considered desirable for the promotion of the objectives of the foundation.
b)
To provide FOUNDATION
fellowships or scholarships, stipends, awards, prizes, remuneration and/or
other similar payments to students and research scholars to facilitate their
undertaking scientific research in the areas of concerned interest to the
foundation.
c)
To acquire, build, hire,
maintain, run research laboratories and other related facilities and purchase
or on service basis or any other basis infrastructure facilities.
d)
To acquire by purchase or
on service basis or any other basis infrastructure facilities for carrying out
the activities of the foundation.
OTHER OBJECTS
1)
To undertake activities
like water shed management, to prop graphical survey, cadastral survey, Remote
sensing, Geo-Referencing of Maps, Study of Environmental Impact, Slum
Rehabilitation, Socio economic studies, Disaster Management, Consultancy
Services to Govt. and Semi-government local bodies and as well as N.G.O.

To establish, conduct,
build, run, maintain, old age home, meditation center, Sat sang hall cultural
centers, to benefit of all sections of the society irrespective of caste,
creed, religion or sex.
3)
To work for human rights
with special references to the overall development of women and children.
4)
To organize sponsor,
promote, establish and conduct educational technical training centers for
promoting the welfare of women and children of the weaker sections.
5)
To establish, maintain or
grant aid to homes for the aged, orphanages or other establishments for the
relief and help to the poor, needy and destitute people, orphans, widows and
aged persons.
6)
To provide training and
opportunities to senior citizens to continue living and active and productive
life and engage themselves in study and voluntary service or giving expressions
to their creativity and skills.
7)
To establish a center for
prevention of alcohol and addictions and prevention of suicidal tendency and
center for psychiatric and Physio-social Rehabilitation.
8)
To help the families
effected due to death/injury of the personnel involved in accident, rail, road,
air and defense services on the battlefield or otherwise.
9)
To grant relief and
assistance to the needy victims during natural calamities such as famine,
earthquake, flood, fire pestilence, etc.
10) To
try for an all round development of the personality of persons of all age
groups, the term all around means healthy, mature, integrated and successful
personality, leading ultimately to complete self actualization.
11) To
arrange awareness programmes for important of environment through cleanliness,
greenness and beautification or any town, village city.
12) To
carry and implement all environmental activities and projects, practical,
programmes all related activities.
13) To
arrange various tournaments to improve and promote all types of sports, to
start fully equipped gymnasium and to impart training and teaching to players.
14) To
help new and young entrepreneurs to start small-scale industries and to arrange
lectures of well –known industrialist.
15) To
celebrate national festivals like Independence Day, Republic Day, Ganesh
Festival, Shiv Jayanti, etc.
16) For
the National Integrity and Cultural development start, conduct and maintain
cultural centers, programmes of national importance, training in music, drams
singing and in all branches of art.
A.
RURAL
DEVELOPMENT:
a)
To promote Agriculture and
rural development like watershed management, watershed planning and treatment
soil conversation land sloping, improved Agricultural tree plantation and dry
land and take west land in the best land.
b)
Also develop nursery for
rural people and any other project of bachatgat, (self help group) for poor and
deserving people from urban and rural area also established agro base
industries.
c)
To create employment
opportunities for rural persons living below the poverty line by providing
skill trainings in existing vocation or by introducing new activity.
d)
Environmental Project and
many other projects at rural areas and various programmes and projects of
central Government.
B.
Agricultural
Development:
a)
To advice, promote,
develop and scientific exchange of knowledge in the field of Agriculture and
Goat farming and Animal Husbandry as well as establish scientific, technical
co-operation between Research, Institutions,
Publish, promote develop utilization of result, organize and conduct,
conferences, refresher courses, lectures, seminars, work shops, demonstrations,
training aids and exhibitions, relating to the research done and results
obtained and to make available to others the techniques and materials developed
through research and to use this material for promotion, extension, motivation
and training of farmers students technicians in the field of Agriculture. To
set up Research and Development Institute for Goat breeding and Animal
Husbandry.
b)
Animal
husbandry:-
1) To motivate rural women
labours, small farmers for animal husbandry activities to give them regular
income source at village level.
2) To give technical
guidance, veterinary services, artificial insinuation, vaccination for healthy,
hygienic and clean animal husbandry products.
3) To implement high grade
artificial ensemination technology’s for development of high progeny cow and
buffaloes at farmers door step.
4) To vaccinate livestock and
to develop awareness at zoonic diseases among animal husbandry practices.
5) To motivate rural farmers
for construction of clean, well ventilates & hygienic animal husbandry
sheds their by improving rural health of animal.
6) To motivate rural farmers
for manufacture of high quality organic manner and bi-gas from animal mauve.
